Refund policy

At Strapzania, your satisfaction is important to us. This Return & Refund Policy applies to all chandelier and lighting purchases made within the United States and explains the conditions under which returns, exchanges, and refunds are accepted.

Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges for chandeliers and lighting products that are defective, damaged on arrival, or non-defective, provided the item meets the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused and uninstalled
  • All original packaging, components, and accessories must be included
  • The product must be returned in its original condition

Return or exchange requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.

Please note that installed, altered, or improperly repackaged chandeliers are not eligible for return.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

To request a return or exchange, contact our customer support team at info@strapzania.com with your order number and a brief explanation of the issue. If your request is approved, return instructions and a shipping label will be provided.

Return Method and Shipping Costs

All returns and exchanges are handled by mail.

  • Defective or damaged items: Return shipping is free of charge
  • Change-of-mind or non-defective returns: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

We do not charge restocking fees for approved returns.

Refunds

Once your returned chandelier is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 10 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

If your payment was made in a currency other than United States Dollar (USD), any exchange rate differences or bank fees are determined by your financial institution and are outside our control.
